We are delighted to offer FWN members the opportunity to join Karen Creavin for an interactive lunchtime webinar exploring a leadership course for our members and the benefits that leadership development can bring at every stage of your career. During this session, Karen will provide a short overview of what a leadership programme could offer, in helping attendees consider how their current experiences, ambitions, and professional challenges may shape the type of development and support they need. Whether you are already in a leadership role, aspiring to progress into one, or simply interested in building your confidence and influence, this session will provide valuable insights into the opportunity’s leadership training can create.
There will also be plenty of time for questions and discussion, giving members the chance to share their thoughts, and explore what an effective leadership programme might look like.

This webinar, together with the questionnaire that members will have recently received, will help us better understand the needs of our network and inform the design of the programme built specifically for you. Your feedback will be invaluable in ensuring that any programme we seek funding for meets the needs of the support and development that members would most benefit from.
